Meet Our Attorneys

Attorney Donald Hallowes practiced law for 31 years before organizing Hallowes Law Group LLC. Attorney Hallowes concentrates his practice in the various areas, including anything from Business Law and Transactions to Personal Injury.

Attorney Chris Chapman received his Juris Doctor in 2013 after a successful business career and serving in the U.S. Army Special Forces. Attorney Chapman now focuses his practice on the representation of businesses, estate planning, and other industries.

Attorney Theresa Rakocy received her Juris Doctor in 2014 and a LLM in Intellectual Property. Attorney Rakocy now practices with family law, contract law, and civil litigation in continuation with IP law.
